Inhale. Exhale. Anhale.
Room to breathe.
Anhale runs your timetable, your class packs and your payments — without standing between you and the people who come to your studio.
What makes it different
Everything below is a decision about your business, not a feature.
Your money, your account
Members pay into your Stripe account. We never hold your takings and never pay them out to you — there is nothing to wait for and nothing to chase, because the money was never ours.
Your members stay yours
We do not run a marketplace, we do not email your clients, and we will not sell them a class at the studio down the road. Your list is not our inventory.
A price you can predict
US$55 a month. Not per instructor, not per member, not per booking. Hire someone and the bill does not move.
Getting started
An afternoon, not a project.
- Build your timetableAdd your class types, then set the classes that repeat — weekly, fortnightly, monthly or daily, with an end date or none at all.
- Connect your StripeOne click from the billing page. If you do not have an account yet, you can create one during the same step.
- Set your pricesSingle classes, packs, unlimited memberships. Decide what expires and when, and which classes each pack may be spent on.
- Send your members the linkThey join through it, buy from you, and book themselves in. Anyone you add by hand gets a link to set their own password.
What it does
The ordinary work of running a studio, done properly.
Timetables that repeat
Change one class or every one from here on — a substitute teacher does not mean rebuilding the series.
Packs, memberships and drop-ins
Set your own prices, expire a pack after a term, or restrict it to the classes it was sold for.
Waitlists and cancellation rules
Cancel in time and the credit comes back. Cancel late and it does not. You set the window; the app applies it the same way every time.
More than one location
Run several studios from one login, with credits kept separate or shared.
Staff who see the right thing
Instructors see their classes and rosters. Front desk gets the desk, not your banking.
Reports and payroll
What each instructor taught — classes, hours, attendances — ready to pay against, plus each location’s takings. Exportable.
Who it suits
One studio
A studio with a handful of teachers, where the owner is still on the floor most days and does the admin at night.
A second location
Both sites under one login, each with its own timetable and takings, and one bill that goes up by US$15.
Leaving something bigger
If you are paying per instructor, waiting on payouts, or cannot get a straight answer about your own client list, this was built for that.
What you will not find
Said plainly, so nobody signs up expecting it.
No marketplace. We do not list your classes anywhere your members could be shown someone else’s. The optional directory only ever links to you.
No branded app to download. Your members book in a browser, on their phone, through your link — nothing to install and nothing to keep updated.
No sales call. The price is on this website. You can start without speaking to anyone.
Compared with Mindbody
The incumbent most studios are coming from, against their published Starter and Accelerate plans.
An honest comparison cuts both ways. If you want a consumer marketplace, a branded member app and a marketing suite, Mindbody genuinely offers things we do not — and do not intend to. If you want rooms, numbered spots and discount codes without paying Accelerate prices for them, this is the comparison that matters.

Mindbody pricing and plan inclusions as published on mindbodyonline.com in September 2026, in US dollars, per location; their marketplace fee from their app terms at the same date. Where their card rate is not published, the figures are as reported by third-party reviews at that date. Check their site for current details. One thing we do not have yet: a tool that imports your data out of Mindbody — moving today means rebuilding your timetable and prices by hand.
Pricing
One plan. Published.
- US$15 a month for each additional location
- Payments cost Stripe’s standard rate plus 0.25% — about 3.15% + US$0.30 all in. That is US$0.06 on a US$25 class.
- 30 days free to try it with your own timetable
- No charge per instructor, per member or per booking
That is the only fee on what you take, and it is written here rather than in a contract. Lower than Mindbody’s on every payment, whatever its size.
