Everything it actually does

Scheduling
The part you touch every week, built for how timetables actually change.
- Repeats daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly — including the third Tuesday sort of monthly
- Runs forever, or stops on a date you choose
- Change one class or everything from that day on, so a substitute for one Thursday does not rewrite the series
- Rooms with their own capacity — put a class in the reformer room and get warned when it is set bigger than the room holds
- Warns when an instructor or a room is double-booked, and lets you override when you meant it
- A real week calendar: an hour axis, blocks sized by how long the class runs, overlapping classes side by side
- Pick-a-spot booking where you use it — reformers, bikes, poles, numbered mats — members see the layout and choose, and call it whatever you call it
- Correct across daylight saving: a 6am class is still at 6am in October
- Every page says which timezone it is in, and anyone can flip to their own with one click
Selling classes
Your prices and your rules, including the ones other software makes you fudge.
- Single classes, class packs and unlimited memberships
- Packs that expire after a set time, or on a fixed date such as the end of term
- Packs restricted to particular class types, so a mat pack cannot be spent on a private
- Credits held as a ledger — every one granted, spent, refunded or expired has a line and a reason
- Spent oldest-expiring-first, so nobody loses a credit they could have used
- Discount codes by percentage or amount, limited by uses, uses per member, expiry or product
- Comp someone entirely with a full-discount code, with no payment step at all
Bookings and cancellations
One rule, applied the same way every time, so you stop adjudicating.
- Members book and cancel themselves; staff can act on their behalf
- A public timetable in three layouts — list, grid or timed calendar — embeddable in your own website
- Waitlists when a class is full
- A cancellation window you set — inside it the credit returns, outside it does not
- The member is told which applies before they confirm
- No-shows recorded and handled by the same rule
- Cancel a class yourself and every booked member is refunded automatically
- Capacity enforced under a database lock, so two people cannot take the last spot at once
Payments
Into your account, never ours, so there is no payout to wait for.
- Stripe Connect: members are charged on your own account and your name is on their statement
- We never hold your money
- Our fee comes out of each payment as it happens — no separate invoice to pay
- Stripe's standard rate plus 0.25% — about 3.15% + US$0.30 all in, published here rather than in a contract
- Purchases settle through three independent paths, so a missed webhook delays credits rather than losing them
- Refunds and failed direct debits reverse the credits automatically
People and permissions
Everyone sees their own job, and nobody sees your banking by accident.
- Owner, admin, instructor and student — and one person can hold several at once
- An owner who teaches and also takes classes is the normal case, not an edge case
- Granular admin permissions: schedule, members, credits, pricing, reports
- Staff appointments and billing stay with the owner and cannot be delegated
- Add someone and they get a link to set their own password; reissue it any time
- Members maintain their own details; only the owner can change an email, because that is the login
- One login works across every studio a person belongs to
Reporting and payroll
Enough to run the business, pay people and answer your bookkeeper.
- Instructor teaching report over any date range: classes, hours and attendances per person — the numbers you pay against
- Substitutes credited for the classes they actually taught, not the series default
- Each location's takings and the platform fee taken against it, month by month
- Instructors subscribe to their own calendar feed, so classes land in the phone they already check
- CSV export, so nobody asks you for screenshots
