Everything it actually does

A timetable that keeps itself

Set the pattern once. Weekly, fortnightly, monthly or daily, ending on a date or never.

  • Change one class or everything from that day on — a substitute for one Thursday does not rewrite the series
  • Rooms with their own capacity — warned when a room is double-booked or a class will not fit
  • Correct across daylight saving, and every page says which timezone it is in

Credits you can account for

Every credit granted, spent, refunded or expired has a line and a reason, so a member asking what happened gets an answer.

  • Packs that expire after a period, or on a fixed date such as the end of term
  • Packs restricted to particular classes, so a mat pack cannot be spent on a private
  • Spent oldest-expiring-first, so nobody loses a credit they could have used

One rule, applied every time

You set the window. Inside it a cancellation returns the credit, outside it does not — and the member is told which before they confirm.

  • Waitlists when a class is full
  • Cancel a class yourself and every booked member is refunded automatically
  • Capacity held under a database lock, so two people cannot take the last spot at once

The money is never ours

Members are charged on your own Stripe account, with your name on their statement. We take our fee as the payment happens.

  • No payout to wait for, because we never hold it
  • Stripe's standard rate plus 0.25% — about 3.15% + US$0.30 all in, and the only fee on takings
  • Purchases settle through three independent paths, so a missed webhook delays credits rather than losing them

Several hats, one login

An owner who teaches and also takes classes is the normal case here, not an exception to work around.

  • Granular admin permissions — schedule, members, credits, pricing, reports
  • Staff appointments and billing stay with the owner and cannot be delegated
  • New people get a link to set their own password; reissue it any time

Enough to pay people

What each instructor taught in a period — classes, hours, attendances — without anyone tallying a spreadsheet on a Sunday.

  • Any date range, with substitutes credited for the classes they actually taught
  • Each location's takings and the fee taken against it
  • CSV export, so nobody asks you for screenshots

When you open a second studio

Nothing to migrate and no upgrade to buy — a location is another row, so the version you start on is the version that runs three sites.

One login, every site

Switch between them from the same menu, with the roles you hold at each.

Credits, your way

Separate per location or shared across all — separate by default, because it is what most multi-site owners run.

Banking per location

Each site can settle into its own Stripe account, or share the business one.

A cap for each

The fee cap applies per location, so three sites get three caps — US$15 a month each after the first.

See it with your own classes

30 days free. The fastest way to know whether this fits is to put your real timetable in it.
